Purpose:
To collaborate with
other students from around the world on an investigation of weather and
climate. In particular, students will collect and share average daily
temperature readings and the number of hours of sunlight. Data from
other participating schools will be pooled and analyzed to determine the
relationship between your location, average daily temperature and amount of
sunlight.
Procedure:
You can either conduct this exchange with a small number of schools
that you contact on your own (try using ePals)
or you can participate in the Global
Sun/Temperature Collaborative Project.
